Order Confirmation Policy

To ensure the security and accuracy of every order, all orders must be confirmed through WhatsApp before dispatch.

Automatic Confirmation Message:
Once an order is placed, an automated order confirmation message will be sent to the customer's WhatsApp number.

Confirming the Order:
The customer must click the “yes  option in the WhatsApp message.

Order Processing:
Once the customer confirms the order, the warehouse team will be notified automatically and the order will be prepared and dispatched.

Pending Confirmation:
If the order confirmation remains pending for 2 hours, the order will be considered a cancelled or potentially fraudulent order.

Cancellation:
Orders that remain unconfirmed for 2 hours will be cancelled by our team and will not be dispatched.

Placing the Order Again:
If your order is cancelled due to pending confirmation, you are welcome to place the order again and complete the WhatsApp confirmation process.

Important:
Please make sure your WhatsApp number is active and accessible after placing an order so that you can receive and confirm your order promptly.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it is processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time

All orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days, depending on your location within Pakistan. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

Advance Payment Policy

Order Over PKR 5000 will require 50% percent deposit via bank transfer. Once order is received our team will contact you to coordinate for your delivery address and order confirm .Once order is confirm by the customer only then items will be dispatched

Orders below Rs. 5000 can be placed with standard Cash on Delivery, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment until it reaches you.

Delays & Issues

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, or public holidays. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, or if you face any issue with your shipment, please contact us for confirmation and support.
