Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it is processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time

All orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days, depending on your location within Pakistan. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

Advance Payment Policy

Order Over PKR 5000 will require 50% percent deposit via bank transfer. Once order is received our team will contact you to coordinate for your delivery address and order confirm .Once order is confirm by the customer only then items will be dispatched

Orders below Rs. 5000 can be placed with standard Cash on Delivery, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment until it reaches you.

Delays & Issues
