Allowed to Open Policy

We offer free delivery across Pakistan on our orders. However, the Allowed to Open facility is a special service and is subject to a separate DC (Delivery/Handling) charge.

Free Delivery:
Delivery is completely free across Pakistan for our standard orders.

Allowed to Open – DC Charges:
If a customer requests the Allowed to Open facility, applicable DC charges will be charged separately. These charges must be paid in advance by the customer before the parcel is dispatched.

Refund of DC Charges:
If the customer receives, opens, and accepts the parcel, the DC charges will be refunded within 1 hour of receiving the parcel.

Refund Requirement:
To process the refund, the customer must send us a clear picture of the received parcel/product as proof of successful delivery and acceptance.

Parcel Refusal:
If the customer opens the parcel but refuses or rejects the order, the DC charges will not be refunded.

Refund Processing:
Once the customer's picture is received and verified, the applicable DC charges will be refunded within 1 hour.

Important:
The Allowed to Open facility is a special service and must be requested and approved before dispatch. The applicable DC charges are separate from our standard free delivery service.
